Dana Tyrell - #42 for the Tampa Bay Lightning played for the Airdrie Xtreme when they won the Westerns in 2003, then returned in 2004. After the Midget AAA UFA Bisons. Dana moved to the WHL Prince George Cougars, where he wore the 'C'. In 2007, Dana was selected 47th by the Tampa Bay. He teamed up with another Xtreme skater, Zach Boychuk, to play for Canada in the Canada-Russia Super Series. Canada then won gold at the World Juniors. In his rookie NHL season, Dana, a regular on the Lightning's penalty kill produced:

AMBHL Mouth Guard Policy

All players, except goaltenders, who play in the AMBHL, must wear mouth guards at all times. Mouths guards in the AMBHL must be colored.

A player on the ice without a mouth guard in his or her mouth will receive a two minute minor penalty plus a ten minute misconduct penalty.

The mouth guard also has to be worn properly at all times. If not, the player will receive a two minute minor penalty plus a ten minute misconduct penalty.

This rule will strongly be enforced by the referee. No exceptions.

The AMBHL is committed to help reduce and prevent the bullying of participants.
Written & Cyber bullying is defined as harmful actions that are communicated via
written or electronic media and are intended to embarrass, harm, or slander another
AMBHL participant.

Some examples of the bullying policy are:

  1. continually criticizing the target’s abilities.
  2. blaming the target of the bullying for mistakes.
  3. repeated insults or put downs of the target.
  4. denying or discounting the targets accomplishment.
  5. Threats of and actual physical violence toward the target.
