Cam Ward played in the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League during the 1998-99 season for the Sherwood Park Flyers. As a goaltender Cam played in 23 games with 13 wins & GAA of 3.64. Cam went on to the WHL Red Deer Rebels. Cam was draft in the first round by the Carolina Hurricanes of the NHL. Photo from Getty Images

Constitution

Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League (AMBHL)

Article 1

The name of the League shall be known as the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League (AMBHL) herein after referred to as AMBHL or the League.

Article 2

The League shall abide by all regulations, bylaws and rules of Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada.

Article 3

The objectives of the League shall be:

a. To foster and promote a high level of hockey for Alberta bantam players under its jurisdiction;
b. To control and administer the playing of the game of hockey in accordance with

the rules, regulations and etiquette of the game;
c. To ensure keen competition within the League; and
d. To promote the development of players and coaches
